Lori Nix Photography

Lori Nix makes beautiful images. No doubt about that. Well it’s my personal taste. But today I came across an interview with her on Coolhunting.com in which she explains how she takes or better makes her images. None are digitally manipulated.

Well, amazingly she never leaves the house for taking pictures. She creates/builds her own miniature sceneries, going from gardens to town halls to landscapes. On her site you can read that she’s an artist who bends the line between truth and illusion in her photographs. If you look at her pictures, she is right. I really like the idea of how she accomplishes all of her compositions.

In the interview she explains it all.

As I love photography and saving my money to buy myself a nice Canon EOS 350D, I can only look how it’s done:
